There is also some research that suggests you can get a question or two less on the December final and still get the same score. But don’t get carried away. If this result is slightly above chance, there are good reasons not to participate in further tests.
First, if there are gaps in the system, smart and motivated testers who try to exploit those gaps are likely to get high scores that eliminate the gaps in the curve.
Second, even if this does not happen, the LSAC can find a systematic discrepancy and, with permission, “even out” the results to make all examiners equal.
